I also like the Wii MotionPlus bundle box for Europe / Japan, and I'm pretty sure South Korea also got this box art.
When the game box is inside, it looks like you're in a boat window looking at Wuhu Island. Not only that, the Japanese version also came with a map of Wuhu Island, making it look more like a vacation.
Disc art, yeah, there are a few differences this time between regions.
North America
Europe, shared with Australia
Japan
I believe South Korea also got this disc art, back on the Wii/DS days they used to get the international versions with the Japanese covers and disc/cart art, pamphlets and publicity. With some exceptions such as Mario Strikers Charged.
